2022 Resident and Student Poster Contest

Deadline to Submit Entry:  June 3, 2022

Missouri family medicine residents and students (must be an MAFP member) are invited to display a poster highlighting patient quality improvement projects, scientific research programs, patient safety, clinical vignettes, clinical research, or other projects related to Family Medicine. Participants are invited to exhibit work still in progress, innovations recently introduced, or established projects. Posters will be arranged in an exhibit area on display for all attendees.

Posters will be displayed on 4’ by 8’ fabric bulletin boards. All posters must be received by MAFP no later than 9:00 am on Friday, June 10, 2022. If a poster is not displayed by this time, it will not be judged. Randomly selected members of the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians Board of Directors will judge all poster submissions.  Awards for top posters will be presented during the Missouri Mingle at the end of the conference on Friday, June 10, 2022. You do not need to be present to win.

Winners will receive $300 for first place, $200 for second place, and $100 for third place.  In addition, winners may be invited to present their poster at the MAFP’s Annual Fall Conference, November 11-12, 2022, at Big Cedar Lodge, Ridgedale.  The MAFP Education Commission will review submissions and determine who will present at the conference.
