The Missouri Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) is here to support all family physicians in the state through advocacy, education, and research. Become a member and join the 2,400 physicians, residents, and medical students across the state and 136,700 physicians and students representing family medicine nationally.
The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) membership is unified, which means that members belong to the national AAFP and to the MAFP. Local or component chapter dues are optional. Learn about membership dues.
Your membership with AAFP and MAFP offers you access to many tools that will help you advance your career, strengthen patient care, make your voice heard, and stay current on CME. Learn about the benefits of becoming a member.

Being a member of the MAFP has allowed me to meet fellow family docs from parts of Missouri and practice settings I might not have experienced otherwise. It’s increased my appreciation for the breadth and depth of our specialty in our state.
