Founded in 1947, the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) is a non-profit professional medical association comprised of more than 1,500 physicians, resident and medical student members statewide.

The MAFP is a constituent chapter of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) with more than 93,700 physicians and medical students across the nation. Together we are improving the health of families in Missouri.
